WWI US ARMY Uniform Tunic Summer Jacket & Pants Original Vintage Military

Description

Up for bids is an original WWI US summer Uniform, tunic and pants. The jacket/tunic has a tag in the right front pocket. The tag reads,"Jeffersonville Depot Q.M. CORPS G. Knoblock Inspector". The Jacket measures from armpit to armpit 19 1/2" and from shoulder to cuff 23". A few of the buttons are a different shade, maybe added later. The bottom pockets are missing buttons. The jacket is in overall good condition. The pants look to have never been worn. The pants have the original size tag stitched on the outside back of the pants. The tag reads "Breeches Size 6 Waist 32  Inseam 25 Phila. Dept. Q.M.C.". The Pants have another tag on the inside front right pocket. This tag reads, J. BAKER & SONS,Inc. EVANSVILLE IND. Contract Nov.15,1917 Philadelphia Depot Q.M.C..The pants have metal buttons.  The pants are in very good condition. Please feel free to email any questions.
