WW1 U.S. Navy Cracker Jack Jumper

WW1 U.S. Navy Cracker Jack Jumper, in very good condition (Very Clean) No holes that I can find.  Radioman Striker Patch on the left sleeve.  I was told by a kind ebayer that this rate did not come along until 1921, No Tape on the cuffs indicating these could have been worn as a working dress uniform.  A nice piece, and in very good condition.  See photos email if any questions.
