  • Condition: 2 Great vintage encased wheat pennies. The circular one is a rare find. Each side advertises a different venue in Philadelphia in the 30's-50's. The one side is for Click, a dance club / theater / bar located at 16th and Market Street in Philadelphia. The other side is for Ciro's, a similar venue with food, drink and dancing at 15th and Walnut. I've added photos that I found on-line for both places. The wheat penny in this token is dated 1946. The second token is horseshoe shaped and says "Keep Me And Never Go Broke", "I Bring Good Luck" on the front and "Drink Old Reading Beer", "It's Good" on the back. The wheat penny in this token is dated 1953 P (P is for the Philadelphia mint). Old Reading Beer went out of business in the 1970's. 2 great vintage good luck advertising tokens.
