    Description

Post WWI M1902 NCO Dress Blue Uniform; HQ TR, 121st Cavalry Regt, NGNY 1936
This is an extremely hard to come by uniform type. This is a U.S. Model 1902 Enlisted Dress Blue Uniform for the U.S. Cavalry.
This uniform dates from 1936 and was issued to Sgt Tuff of Nassau, NY. He worked as an Air Craft Mechanic before the war. After 1941 he joined the U.S. Army Air Corps as a mechanic.
    Please note:
This is a part of my personal collection and the only reason that I am selling it is that my daughter has just been diagnosed with Pediatric CML Leukemia. She was in Pediatric ICU for 5 days and Pediatric Hemo-Oncology unit for another 10 with her white blood cell count at the highest 480,000. I need the help with help medical expenses. This is obviously more important than keeping this uniform. It is the ONLY complete US Cavalry uniform on the market at this time.
This uniform was used by a Sergeant for the 121st Cavalry Regiment of the New York Army National Guard.
    This uniform includes:
    • M1902 EM Dress Blue Tunic
    • M1902 NCO Cavalry Sky Blue Dress Trousers; Dismounted
    • M1902 Worsted Wool Yellow Cords
    • M1926 NCO Cap; Cavalry
    • M1902 Garrison Belt; Dismounted
    • M1902 Dress Boot; Munson Army Last
    * please note that the worst wool yellow cord was abolished by the U.S. Army in 1921 with the reintroduction of the EM Dress Blue uniforms. These cords are original to the uniform and were obviously used by the NGNY before 1940.
    * the Munson Army Last M1902 Dress Boots are extremely rare and are a part of the uniform grouping originally and were most likely passed down by a family member.
    These boots are EXTREMELY RARE.
    * the cap is not original to the uniform.
