Miniature Dollhouse Signed Old Fashioned Ice Cream & Cake on Silver Tray 1:12

WONDERFUL and REALISTIC looking dessert compilation that is sure to get your sweet tooth "going".  Something you would see in the old small town ice cream parlors that are fast disappearing .  Pair of old fashioned sundae cups filled with strawberry ice cream, waffle cookie, pirouette and topped with a strawberry on a dollop of whipped cream.  Surrounding the glasses are slices of a Neapolitan type cake, candy , swirled chocolate cookies with powdered sugar and those old fashioned coconut slices.  All on a silver color metal tray with handles.
Tray measures 1 1/2" from handle to handle x 7/8" x 1" high to the top of the waffle cookie.
It is signed .......... possibly "CS"?  Was not able to get a good photo of the signature.  Dated "2015".  Whoever the artist is, they did a FABULOUS job!

The U.S. Postal Service is experiencing MAJOR PROBLEMS with delivery due to Covid and other issues that set them behind last year and they are still scrambling to catch up.  SOME packages are taking up to four WEEKS to be delivered.   If you can't commit to possibly having to wait up to FOUR WEEKS for delivery, please don't bid.  If item is not delivered in that time period you will be refunded.  I am offering UPS as an alternative but please be advised that UPS rates are sometimes more than double those of USPS and even they are experiencing some delivery problems :o(
