Micro Hydro Generator Kit 3-phase PM for DC Battery, Turgo Wheel, Adj. Nozzle

Description

Micro Hydro Kit from Motenergy.  Requires some assembly and has pre-drilled holes.
This is a open frame, fan cooled generator and will require a guard to be placed over the unit for protection from the spinning rotor, and from water, snow, dirt, etc.
Comes with an adjustable nozzle with spear valve.
The generator is a 3-phase AC unit, Permanent Magnet outer rotor, 6 pole pair.  You will be required to purchase a 3-phase bridge rectifier to convert the AC to DC for connection to a battery bank.  Choose the generator you need for the required system voltage or battery bank type.
Note:  Turgo wheels are designed for head heights of 30 feet or more.  You will need this height to generator enough force to run the wheel.  If you do not have 50 feet of height, then you need a "Low Head Hydro Unit".
For reference, here is a quick calculation for the available power at your site:  Flow in GPM x Height in Feet x 0.18 x 0.5 = Output Power
