Beautiful collectors' dollhouse ~ This was built by Branch Brook Woodcrafters of Maine. Very well made. It is a classic gray Colonial with Hip Roof and side rooms.  The details on the house are amazing. There is a copper roof over the middle dormer window. Dentil trim cove molding and real brick chimneys. The foundation has stonework.  The outside is finished. Inside is wired for electric lighting and it is ready for decorating. Includes room dividers (to place where you want), staircases, some flooring, some wallpaper, and other misc items. See all photos.  I can send more photos if you need anymore.
The end rooms come off for easy moving. Size is 29.5" High x 16" deep x 63" long (total length). The main middle section is 36" long and the side rooms are 13.5" each.
This is a pick-up only.
I am not able to ship.  We are located in Central/ Southern New Hampshire.
The miniature collectors item is for adult collectors only  - not for children.
We are a smoke-free home.
