    These are original US Navy flat hats for the
    USS George Washington
    and
    USS Martha Washington.
    The hats are original World War 1 period pieces and not reproductions.  Hats are in fair shape with no moth damage to the Martha hat and just two small moth bites under the brim next to the tally on the George hat.
    They have gilt wire lettered tallies showing age and turning dark in places. George hat is IDed with W. F. Becker and Martha hat IDed with C. Griffin   Please view all photos as part of the description and ask any questions before bidding.
