  • Condition: This 1:12 scale medium dark brown matte finished corner cabinet was purchased new two decades ago from long retired IGMA artisan Ed Norton. The top shelf has a beautiful embossed design culminating in a button pattern. Each top, bottom and middle edge is beveled with crisp, expertise carving. Each shelf has scalloped edges beautifully satin smooth to the touch. Two small cabinet doors with decorative etching open easily to reveal extra shelves for storage space. This gorgeous display cabinet is signed on the bottom, in gently used condition and ideal for displaying knick knacks or fine china. Mr. Norton, a premier IGMA artisan, has long since retired. The finish and carving on this piece are incomparable and suitable for any elegant collection. Measurements shown in the last few frames.

    Welcome and enjoy browsing my unique listings of 1:12 scale hand crafted dollhouse artisan miniatures. These are not toys. These items are inappropriate for children under age twelve, as most are very delicate and intended for display only. They are in gently used condition. I am downsizing my extensive personal collection of exquisite dollhouse miniatures handmade in the US or UK, not a professional dealer but an avid retired collector.  Be sure to visit my son's site, mini frog fellow, for other shared vintage artisan miniatures on offer!

    This exquisite 1:12 scale matte warm brown patina corner cabinet was purchased new directly from vintage IGMA artisan Ed Norton decades ago, now long retired. His maker's mark is located on the bottom.  The front boasts a slightly glossier finish with scallop edges shelves, a beautiful starburst button pattern at the back of the top shelf, etched cabinet doors that open to display small extra shelves and the overall appearance of top quality construction performed by one of the masters of miniature furniture making.
    Gently used as shown.  Ideal for any elegant or vintage setting, offered below cost paid.
