  • Condition: This lovely 1:12 scale vintage aged, rustic style Welsh dresser sideboard was handcrafted and purchased gently used decades ago. Crafted by the long retired artisan Paul Ky-Kidd, "Escutcheon," and clearly marked with a burned in signature mark on the back, this piece features aged shelves, easy to open drawers and open display space near the floor. The back is not intended for display being unfinished. Very handsome and unusual. Measurements shown beside a ruler in the final photos.

    Welcome and enjoy browsing my unique listings of 1:12 scale hand crafted dollhouse artisan miniatures. These are not toys. These items are inappropriate for children under age twelve, as most are very delicate and intended for display only. They are in gently used condition. I am downsizing my extensive personal collection of exquisite dollhouse miniatures handmade in the US or UK, not a professional dealer but an avid retired collector.  Be sure to visit my son's site, mini frog fellow, to view other exquisite vintage artisan miniatures.

    This handsome 1:12 scale handcrafted wooden Welsh dresser sideboard is the work of Escutcheon back in the 1980's, now long retired. The wood is multi-hued with a natural matte patina.  This piece features three easy to open drawers, shelves ideal for display of plates or narrow objet 'arts, and open space for perhaps larger pots and pans near the floor.  Nicely carved, purposefully aged. Gently used.  Unfinished on the back but signed. Happy shopping!
